Details:

1. Taxes as well as standard cleaning fee will be charged at booking.

2. Additional rental fee would be charged on holiday weekends.

3. 10% off code will be sent for use on additional nights.

4. A “year” is determined by calendar year. So you will get a great deal on your 2021 dates as you will only pay your monthly rate 9 months instead of 12!

5. You cannot roll dates over to future years unless approved as an exception.

6. If for some reason you choose to cancel your membership and still book a get-a-way, we will invoice you for the remainder of monthly payments for the year you book. But please contact us rather than canceling!
